Three ways to pay, so no one is turned away
Direct pay
You pay for your session
$55
per 60 minute session. Clear pricing, no subscription, no surprise fees. Need more time? Ask about a longer visit when we confirm.
Sponsored
An organization covers it
Employers, nonprofits, housing providers, health organizations, and towns can buy sessions for the people they serve. You get help with no charge to you. Tell us who is sponsoring you on the request form.
Community access
Reduced cost or free
A limited number of reduced cost and no cost sessions are set aside when sponsorships and grants allow. If we cannot offer one right away, we will still point you to free help in the community.
Introductory pricing. Rates may change as the service grows; your confirmed price is the one we agree on before your appointment.
What happens after you send a request
- We reach out within two business days by your preferred method.
- We confirm the time, place, price or sponsor, and anything that makes the visit easier for you.
- Your request is not a booked appointment until we confirm it with you.
- Need to cancel or reschedule? Just let us know as early as you can.
What to bring
- The device you want help with, and its charger
- Any letters or notices you have questions about
- Your list of questions, big or small
Please do not send us documents or ID numbers ahead of time. We look at things together, in person or on screen, and you keep your papers.
Free help is available, and you are welcome to use it
You never have to pay anyone to apply for MassHealth, Medicare, or other public benefits. Free, trained counselors can help you apply and choose coverage. For Medicare questions, SHINE offers free counseling. For MassHealth and Health Connector plans, the Massachusetts Health Connector lists free enrollment assisters. For the 2026 and 2027 MassHealth changes, see official help from Mass.gov.
Pivot Point does something different. We sit with you to use the technology, organize your papers, understand where to look, and get you to the right free expert. If we cannot help, we will tell you who can.
What we do not do
- We are not a certified enrollment organization and do not submit applications on your behalf.
- We do not decide or predict whether you qualify for a benefit.
- We do not recommend insurance plans or give legal advice.
- We do not represent anyone in appeals or hearings.
- We never ask for your Social Security number, passwords, or bank details.
